I have been in the new excess HVAC business for 27 years. I started from nuclear submarines in 1975 where I ran and maintained the most sophisticated HVAC equipment in the world. Once out of the Navy I pursued the excess end of the HVAC and pipe valve and fitting business and have been in it ever since.

We purchase materials from large dealers, contractors, manufacturers and supply companies from all over the USA and overseas. The units are all new and almost always in factory boxes. We buy in huge quantities so we can sell at the lowest prices. Our facility in Walker, LA is 45,000 sq ft on 5 acres of property and it is full, with over $ 1,000,000.00 in inventory.
